PowerPlan is based in Kingswinford and has worked closely with Dudley and neighbouring Local Authorities for many years.  We provide the technical services required to deliver your space requirements and ensure regulatory submissions are trouble free.

We specialise in homeowner developments requiring Planning or Building Regulation approvals for projects such as; single and two storey extensions, loft and garage conversions, outbuildings and structural alterations. 

PowerPlan will also work with the local Water Company to secure build over agreements; and Structural Engineers to secure structural calculations.

The Services can be provided direct to the homeowner or through Building Companies for their customers.
